Southey library is a Parkland Regional Library branch. We are located in the Town of Southey building at 220 Keats Street. Our library is part of the one card, one library system. Books & material can be picked up in any Saskatchewan library and returned to the Southey branch or vice-versa. Library cards are free for everyone. We also have e-book service free of charge.
