Town of Southey is looking to fill two (2) Seasonal Labourer Positions in the Public Works Department
SEASONAL POSITION ONE (1);
Assisting Public Works with the seasonal duties including but not limited to: cutting grass, weed whipping, park and facility maintenance, or other duties assigned by the Public Works Foreman or the CAO.
This position is Monday through Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch break) 8 hours per day.
Wage: $14.00 per hour
Start Date: Will be discussed at time of interview.
QUALIFICATIONS;
You must be aged 16 or older with a valid drivers license and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
SEASONAL POSITION TWO (2):
Assisting Public Works with the seasonal duties including but not limited to: cutting grass, weed whipping, park and facility maintenance as well as other various jobs required by the Foreman and the CAO. Class 3A and Heavy Equipment experience considered an asset.
This position is Monday through Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch break) 8 hours per day.
Wage: To be determined on experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A valid drivers license is required and must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
